As the gates slide open and you pull into Horseshoe Bend Estate, prepare to be amazed by the sweeping views that greet you. Expansive manicured lawns surround the two luxury private villas ensconced in the bubble that is Horseshoe Bend. This beautiful 17-acre riverside property sleeps up to 12 guests and has everything you should need to entertain yourselves for days on end without having the leave the property. Situated an easy 10 minute drive from Wanaka, this luxury estate provides acres of space and the ultimate setting to host extraordinary events and weddings. As a venue, it is the perfect blank canvas for designing your dream wedding or next corporate event. Features include the vast gardens, huge outdoor entertaining areas, tennis court, swimming pool, steam room, hot tub and pétanque court. The outdoor barbecue area has plenty of comfortable seating, heaters if there is a chill in the air, plus an outdoor fire and pizza oven. It makes for a fantastic entertaining space. The fenced pool area houses the heated outdoor pool (summer only) plus a spa, and the tennis court and petanque court are great additions, enabling some (friendly!) competition.
The two luxury villas and the architecturally designed pool cabana are immaculate and finished to the highest level. The interiors are spacious and furnished with elegance in a modern style with unique pieces of original art and furniture by leading designers. Both the Main Villa and the Tennis Pavilion each boast fully equipped kitchens and living areas, giving plenty of space for groups to spread out and enjoy the facilities on offer. The Main Villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the master bedroom situated upstairs enjoying stunning elevated views of the gardens and pool area. The master ensuite bathroom has a stand-alone bathtub to soak away the stresses of the day, or mentally prepare for the wedding ahead. The Tennis Pavilion has two super king bedrooms, plus a bunkroom with Queen beds. These bedrooms all share a large tiled shower room. Another bathroom is situated in the Pool Cabana, which has a kitchenette inside, to allow for easy pool-side entertaining.

Important Booking Information
All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Rates shown are indicative 'from' rates and may vary depending on your dates, length of stay, number of guests and seasonal demand.
Peak-season rates and longer minimum stays may apply, over major holiday or event periods.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for bookings made more than 60 days before arrival. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require full payment.
A booking management fee applies to all reservations.
A refundable security bond is required for every stay. The bond starts from $NZD 1,000 and may be higher depending on the property, nightly rate and length of stay.
Standard check-in is between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm, with check-out by 11:00 am. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest numbers must not exceed the confirmed occupancy. Parties, events and additional visitors require prior written approval. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are accepted only at selected properties with prior approval.
Villas, holiday homes and apartments are not commercial entities like hotels. Properties offered by Release NZ are often booked well in advance and can be difficult to re-rent at short notice. Payments are therefore non-refundable if a guest cancels. We strongly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellation charges, medical expenses, travel disruption and other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent them from travelling.
Only the services and amenities listed under Inclusions are included in the accommodation rate. Additional housekeeping, private chefs, provisioning, transfers, activities and other concierge services can be arranged separately.
