Wanaka Restaurants Hit Top 100
One of New Zealand’s top food magazines, “Cuisine Magazine”, announced their top 100 New Zealand restaurants on Monday. No less than three local Wanaka restaurants made it onto the list. Per capita, this has to allow Wanaka to claim the title of ‘Food Capital of New Zealand’. Even if this title has not been publicly claimed, we believe that it is true! Wanaka’s restaurant scene has taken off in the last 10 years with the introduction of many world-class, award-winning eateries and it was fantastic news to see three of them recognised this week.
