Amongst 17 acres near to the Hawea River sits this resort style property. A private retreat which offers peace, space and fun.
Horseshoe Bend Estate, our beautiful luxury self-contained villa, sleeps 12 guests in 2 separate buildings – ‘The main House’ and ‘The Tennis Court Pavilion’. The Main House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Upstairs features the master bedroom with an En-suite bathroom, balcony and adjoining nursery, complete with cot and change table. The Tennis Court Pavilion also sleeps 6 in 3 guest rooms. It too has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area and features an indoor/outdoor BBQ area with a fire and sofas.
The grounds and outdoor area are the real treat. A swimming pool beside the Pool House takes centre stage with a changing room and steam room as well as a spa pool hidden discreetly around the corner. The fully fenced pool area provides sun loungers, bean bags and large cantilever umbrellas, all you need to provide is the sun block and cocktails.
A tennis court situated between the pool house and Tennis Court Pavilion provides entertainment for all, especially those competitive mums and dads who would like a break from the kids.
The large outdoor seating area with built in BBQ, outdoor fire, fridge and lots of comfortable furniture is the perfect place to entertain and relax in the warm, Otago evening sun. The kids can play on the huge piece of lawn or head over to the inground trampoline to burn off some of that holiday energy. There are heaps of places for them to explore with an edible garden, a fully fenced pond and forest everywhere.
Horseshoe Bend Estate is a mini resort. A place that you don’t need to leave to keep the kids and yourselves entertained. It provides a holiday vibe in beautiful surroundings. It is the perfect place to stay with extended family or friends and it can provide the ultimate location for a special event/occasion.
