Release Private Retreat / Booking Terms & Conditions

For bookings made more than 30 days in advance of your stay we require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking with the full balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

A 100% cancellation fee for every room night cancelled applies if you cancel 30 days or less prior to your arrival.

For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. A 100% cancellation fee for every room night cancelled within this period applies.

We do advise guests to take out holiday insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.

For bookings in September and October 2011 (Rugby World Cup Period), payment is required in full at time of booking.
