• Return to Release for an in-house chef experience with Michelin trained chef Dave Miller and special guest Guy Cotter. Guy is the Director of Adventure Consultants, a world-renowned high altitude expedition guiding company based in Wanaka. He has led over 30 expeditions around the globe including four ascents of Mt Everest.
• Improve your winter driving skills at the Southern Hemisphere Proving Grounds (SHPG), the internationally renowned winter vehicle testing facility, situated high on the Pisa Range above Lake Wanaka.
